She was born in Newark N.J. She was raised in a single parent household.
Her mother divided her attention between her, and her five siblings. Kirra. B started singing at the age of 7. Her grandmother saw something special within her- and enrolled her in The Newark
Performing Arts Center... where she studied ballet, tap and piano...
Later on she also signed her up to a local talent show- As a result from her phenomenal singing- and dancing she, won her first talent show. This gave her
confirmation that anything is possible and she can become a star, one day. Show after show- and contest after contest- Kirra. B wooed her audiences
while honing her performance skills.
Along her journey- Kirra. B's impressive performances started to catch the attention of so many people- Especially Vincent Herbert- Aaliyah, Toni Braxton, and Lady Gaga just to name a few, and a local talent manager- that asked her to join a female- R&B group-
Later on the group caught the attention of Bruce Carbone, of Universal Records, who signed them... all while still in high school... The group thought their prayers had been answered.
But, due to differences between Universal and the management team- the group was released from their deal. Kirra.
